My wife has been playing the Southwest Airlines Chase VISA game lately. We have been visiting our daughter who is in Grad school in Houston for $22.50 per ticket with all the points she has accumulated.
We are also going to Hawaii soon with the Southwest points again for $22.50 round trip for 2 tickets.
Does it pay? Who knows, but we sure are having fun!!
If one flys much at all, some of those airline cards have some very good bonus offers at signup.
Some offer between $1000 to $2000 worth of bonus offer value for a few minutes work, not to mention the other perks like early boarding, free bag, etc the card provides.
Pretty attractive to churn at those terms. |
