Colorado and Oz | If you have them your better take them ASAP. Why? Bayer/Monsanto have been able to get the SCOTUS to resolve an appeal to protect them from the ongoing suits concerning RoundUp. If our SCOTUS determines that Bayer/Monsanto have biased the original basic research while ignoring ongoing study of the long-term human and ecological health, and they are not protected, well Bayer will conceptually loose their even larger investment in the GMO stacking. There is a reason why Corteva bailed out of their investments in glyphosate manufacturing assets five or six quarters ago and are even now spinning off the Pioneer seed assets. If Bayer wins, well I guess it is business as usual?
