For the quantity you bought in sounds about right. Whats the problem? Shelf space is not free nor is it acceptable for a good dealer to not have that small stuff on the shelf so it reflects in the price. At the dealer they probably had them stored in a 2k dollar cabinet to keep it all organized with 1.5k worth of parts in it.
