A class B on a truck chassis would be a van with a pickup cab? if it's built bigger than the van body, it's a class C. There are 4wd and diesel class B, but they're mostly Sprinters, and some small converters.
Aren't there lots of 2wd gas class C's on a F450 chassis? If not, it's because there's more room with a E series cab chassis.
