My wife called her sister in Michigan and got this voice on her phone. Her sister also got it. If they stopped talking it came on and said “recording ended”. When they resumed talking the message “this call is being recorded” came back.
Her sister said her phone had a recording icon on the screen. My wife’s did not have this icon.
“This call is being recorded”
