I don't know where you're at or your farm set-p. Beans have always given me more profit. I have no storage or drying on our farm. Usually don't need to dry beans and all but 1 year in the last 5 that I haven't dried corn. Drying cost me money. Less trucking means less fuel and travel costs. Less combine fuel and can cut more acres per hour. Less input cost using no nitrogen, no side dress trip, no stalk chopping trip but still apply potash. We don't get the corn yield average per acre other areas get either. This year our beans were under our yield average and corn was over but there was still more profit in the beans.. Corn will certainly gross more but roi is where it's at. Like others have said only you know your situation.
