"The integrity of crop insurance". There is an oxymoron. Do those words even belong together.
I would guess you understand completely. South Dakota is one of the “high fraud” states for crop insurance. One of the non productive areas being changed to crop production from livestock.
Don’t kill the messenger for the delivery of the message. My relatives left the Dakotas a long time ago. They resettled on poor ground (per them high quality by comparison). Said the only thing good coming out of those states was the royalty checks they got).
