Looks like advertising to me which I would absolutely put as a line item on the P&L. I'd be curious for one of the tax experts to chime in. But I dont think the expenses are all that scrutinized. The only cardinal sin im aware of is to mess with the top line (revenue)... Does the government not want you to spend your money??? If it looks anywhere within reason I wouldn't worry much about it...
