S Illinois | A 10X increase in value is a valid computation with a known starting value. Bringing a value down 6X is not a valid calculation. Basic math says you cannot decrease a positive number by more than 100%(when dealing with physical items) as it becomes zero at 100%. This also includes the 6X or any other value greater than 1X as it becomes zero. So yes it’s nonsensical.
