I agree, but storage and basis are two different animals in my mind. basis is the ability to move grain other than harvest when there hasn't been storage used yet. so I get the rail being expensive as a understandable reason for basis and appreciate your input on that because if it cost them 40k per train load to get to main rail that's ~$.10 per bushel and maybe it's more and I'm way out of line.
