being soybeans in South America were at a discount due too a huge crop vs the soybean price in the us with tighter stocks I'd argue china would have still bought more s.a. beans, the 12 billion is just a bunch of bs to keep the big ag lobbies happy, neither party will touch that problem, they are looking into it now, but I doubt anything happens. its a 40 year mess. |
