| ricefarmer14 - 12/18/2025 10:00 That for sure softens the blow but can still receive that payment and not plant any rice acres as long as you have the base acres. The other problem is almost no one is setup to get the entire payment as long as limits are at 155,000.
With the updates. each LLC quailfies so you can make multiple LLC's on Legal zoom then have entity on the lease as other tenant so you dont even have to do much work at FSA. But I'm not the lawyer so maybe I missed something? |
