Holland, Indiana (SW IN) | checking out the Dec 26 corn VS the Nov 26 SB spread
Nov SB have sold off 50 cents since we hedged our first 1/4 of the crop at 11.25 Nov futures
Dec corn has moved down less than a dime
We have bought about 1/2 our inputs for 100% SB in 2026
haven't bought P, K, AMS or ATS so far a good decision
We were 100% Corn in 2025
Like the easy button of all one crop each year BUT "plenty of arguments for 1/2 rotational corn ---1/2 SB"
Not doing any switching YET but the spread is pushing for more corn
Interesting year shaping up
