A week ago, 100 acres went for 11,500 and 220 went for 13,900. I believe the smaller field was lower/mid 80s soil rating (out of 100) and the bigger was upper 80s. Amazing how much cheaper values get when the two investors who’ve been tripping over themselves to buy everything the last 5 years finally take a break.
