Russian and China weren't "in" the Gulf of Mexico.
But they'll want to be now.
This could blow up spectacularly.
Or not. Time will tell. Will this encourage Russia to do a "Sneak attack" on U.S interests? Will this encourage China even more to invade Taiwan knowing that we're expending valuable assets in the Caribbean?
