I don’t think it’s about the oil. The Epstein files are to be released by tomorrow. Distraction and a way to possibly delay the release of the files. He also believes Venezuela was part of the reason he lost an election. Another part of his plan for revenge on those whom he believed wronged him.
He approved the release of the Epstein files. So, I am sure that is what this maneuver is ALL about.
