How do you figure? 8$ Corn 2023 isn’t as good as 3$ Corn in 1975.
I have been able to buy 3 times as much ground as my Dad and Grandpa combined.
Is that due to market conditions and your business management or their equity that helped you do that?
Lots of cases of paying for a farm in under 3 years back in the day, might even have enough left over to buy new machinery to do it with as well. That’s not the case any more.
