How long have you had the lights on the shop? How long have you had opener trouble?. If you just started to have opener trouble, and haven't made any light changes, you may have a malfunctioning light. Isolate one light at a time until the problem goes away.
You may have a connection or ballast that is causing interference. That interference has a frequency very close to the opener frequency, so it doesn't work right.


Shop was built in '08, I have lived here since '22, thought it was just coincidence, but now I've got it pinned down to the lights. Antenna on the opener is connected via coax connection. Going to run a coax cable outside the overhead door and stick antenna to exterior wall with a magnet
