It one reason we signed up some of our parcels for solar. To increase the likelihood that our farm stays in the family. We may or may not have a heir to take over. If our kids aren’t going to farm then high probability farm will b sold due to low cashflow compared to value. Our solar sign ups increase the cashflow by a 1/3 incentivizing keeping the investment.
