I'm kind of in the same boat. Bought a farm in 21' where the interest rate is going to probably double come this summer. It's fine.. Motivation to pay it off quicker. Sometimes I feel like I'm either going to pay tax deductible interest or taxes on interest/dividend income and that it all kind of equals out in the end.
