Southern Missouri | In the cotton world here , sprayers drive over the tubing 5 to 10 times a year , we use 10 mil tubing and the sprayer tires only occasionally make a hole , it’s pretty tough , only animal we have trouble with is coyotes and that’s rare but can happen, keep a small roll in truck takes about 10 minutes to cut into and slide a piece in if bad enough usually just take a water bottle and squeeze in hole , deer walk on it a lot but hardly ever make a hole , water bottle easily fixes those.
We punch holes with sharp hole puncher sized by row length or pump size , never any kind of gate ever | |
