Mid MO | Macttle is right. I'd jump at the chance to rent another piece. Doesn't matter the price of cattle, if ground comes up I'm ready to work.
I've had several conversations with people who want to talk about me running cattle on them. The problem is, it's only talk it never goes any place. They don't want to let go or make a change. I get it, but i can't wait on promises of some day. Been down that road enough to know someday isn't coming.
