Subject: When that land was patented,.....

When that land was patented when homesteaded they agreed to fence and maintain the land. However during the CRP programs, they let fences go slack and put unjust work upon their next door neighbors. That's not right, in order to maintain CRP contracts I feel fencing is in order.

I get it, it was a salvation for a lot of farmers to convert HEL land back to pastures. But we helped paid to put it back in grass, ok but that land has been saved or rescued. Let's put it into production, needs to come out of CRP. Put those CRP payments into water delvopment that can only be used for grazing and wildlife.

All CRP payments did in my area was kill the small towns. And pushed everything into mega corporations, like car dealerships, implement dealers.
