GDAD,send them to coastal Maine.Actually zero chance of un employment here.Housing is costly but can get rent cheaper about 40 miles inland.Seems we are turning into suburbia quite fast.FIL house bought by family from Salt lake,,Moms house bought by couple from Oklahoma..
