690 to the ground means a dyno needs calibrated??? Why would that hp level indicate this dyno needs calibrated ? What do you personally know about this particular truck/engine?? 690 to the ground isn't a record by any stretch of the imagination. There are plenty of owner operated Cat powered working trucks here in Pa (and elsewhere) that have more than that. (We happen to own one ourselves.)
Not everyone runs around in a stock 400/425/450/475/500 or 550 (flywheel) hp Cat powered truck HERE.
690 hp to the ground is roughly 825 flywheel hp. While that is a healthy hp level, it's certainly not a record.
