I wanted to buy one and went to three hardware stores before finding one that they had to order. Nobody knew what I was talking about until an older gentleman told the young clerk, who was trying to find one in their catalogue, to look up crosscut files. Sure enough there was a picture of what I wanted. They were used to sharpen crosscut saw blades.
