I wouldn’t say a thing about your grandkids future if I were you. I always encouraged my kids to do what makes them happy.
Once the farm is gone, next generations never get it back. We’re kind of an elite group when you think about it. And love it or leave it, most farmers have more wealth at the end of their careers than their 8-5 working counterparts.
