the best thing for my body, my vehicles and my pocketbook is what my dad adamantly instilled in us from a very young age. Park the vehicle and walk.

A farm auction or farm show, that vehicle pulls in the lot once, then you are on foot.

fast food restaurant? park and walk in.

grocery store? park at the far end of the lot, uphill or upwind or preferably both. good exercise and you never get vehicle damage.

truck during harvest a mile away on the other end of the field? get to walking.

getting the mindset that your legs save you money in multiple ways makes it easier.
