SE MN | As a guy who would be interested in working into a small herd, I would never commit to anything more than what I could do part time and weekends while working a real job and I would need to see real, if slow, progress towards ownership. Every young guy in ag looks around and sees 80 year olds who have no plans of giving up a square inch of ownership but need constant help and complain about the kids not wanting to work for fair wages from 30 years ago. I believe that your heart is in the right place, but why should a young guy believe that you aren't just looking for cheap labor you can string along for 10 years? | |
