Crp here has absolutely ruined renting pasture ground there is nothing with a decent fence within 10-20 miles of here unless you buy it. Old guys figured out instead of getting up at night checking cows and all the other stuff to deal with they could walk to the Fsa office and sign papers and get handed a big fat rent check for doing nothing, pretty hard to say no to
