| I did the same thing. Had an opportunity to buy a 160 acre farm right next to me. The farm was not taken care needs to be pattern tiled to reach its potential which would essentially add another 1100-1200 per acre. Getting 17% on my money this year in the market. Had more than enough to pay cash if I wanted too but it makes no sense to take it out for an investment that makes maybe 2.5% at best. Pass
