| This isn't my first rodeo Boone, not sure why you got such an issue
with my post. I bought land in 2021, opened money markets with good returns in 22-23. Got money in equity funds earning well over 7%.
3 days ago a realtor called me up and said Farm X is for sale, are you in. I regirtitated everything mentioned up above to myself when running the numbers. Just mentioning some observations, thats all. Haven't been in the dark the last 5 years.
