nc ks | Um..for federal crop insurance the adjusters are very cautious and they have to follow guidelines closely. For private insurance like hail, they have some leeway to keep the customer happy, but are still pretty much by the book in my experience.
If the subsidies were eliminated and it was private, not only would the larger farms have more ability to pay premiums, the adjusters would also be free'er to cater to big customers. I think you need to watch what you wish for, maybe.
