Well I am not taking a 6ft pipe to it like others on here believe when i say put a wrench to it. I worked in a truck shop for a few years and also an implement dealer for a few year also. I know what I am doing. I use just take the banded filter wrench and give it some more. Grease I like better than oil on the seal and always always double check to make sure seal came with old one. Seen that a lot. We had an early Sisi engine in a R75 we were running and for what ever reason every week you had to go retighten the oil filter otherwise you had a mess. Now on the newer Sisus on our S97s those buggers I swear self tighten them selves. Got a real special band wrench to get them off. It’s wierd because i am pretty sure it’s the same filter they were using on that 08 R75. Not sure what the deal is there. Not sure how we never blew that motor on that R75. Just got really good at checking it after we discovered that. Tried a new filter housing on that and still did it.
