Did the same thing 4 years ago. Would have taken 2X what I paid for land in 2012. To top it off it was poorer land and had 17 acres of end of life cottonwoods that were falling down. Sometimes your head should win. Hope people can pay the ever increasing land taxes on the land they “own”. If something you have bought and paid for can be confiscated do you really own it?
