At some stage in your life you start just doing it for your kids.
But obviously timing has everything to do with it. We bought our first land 31 years ago........and added more along the way. Bought our latest piece 4 years ago. Probably done buying now. But it'd be super hard to accomplish the same thing today. Luck in timing helped me as much as anything.
I know this joke is beyond getting old....but, sounds like you had boomer luck to me. |
