Never said the 7% was guaranteed, neither is the 3% on land. The only guarantee I know of right now is cd's for their term.

You are 100% correct, i am confused why individuals get so bent out of shape when they are presented with facts like you presented them! There will be a correction coming, the ones that have their house in order should come out the other end, a little bruised and beat up but should be able to carry on |
