Shaw, a multi billion dollar company, is handling this and is managed by another company. As far as the big rent and inflation ? One must factor the earnings received from farming the land over time verses earnings received from solar. If you factor this, it is quite clear the solar will come out far ahead as the payments have an annual increase and I still own the land. BTW, the signing amount was minior compared to the actual annual lease payment. | |
