Not that there's anything wrong with that.


Obviously I’m getting financing now and I’ve talked about buying more land the and bank hasn’t completely balked. So it appears there’s equity/net worth but I’m shy on repayment capacity IMO so I’m waiting or balking myself on land. I assume if all my financing was with one party it’d be easier, but I’m asking about a product I’ve not been offered and wouldn’t be a good product today likely, but in the future might.
