| I see in the original post you are a large contributor.
I assumed that meant you are one of the guys putting up the money and running it.
If that is the case, odds of the company doing what they claim may be pretty good.
What we were offered looked pretty good at first, but looking long term and actually running the numbers, our best return was if they paid signing amount and they were never built.
Over 30 years I figured inflation would make that big rent not so big. | |
