nc ks | Yes. I personally don't care what the bank values the land at. I like to value it at a very, very, conservative value but one that reflects current valuation. That also means that the most recent tracts may be valued at less than cost basis. For me, it gives a truer picture of the value of investments over time. I think the pasture I bought for $300 should show a little better valuation now since the pasture next to it is selling for $2750 now. Fwiw, that pasure should have the tax implications figured in because if it gets much crazier I'm thinking a cowboy should maybe own my pasture. Lol. | |
