If you’re a farm credit customer I wouldn’t agree with that. They have extremely high standards and (assuming you’re honest with yourself and have a realistic plan) another lender may take you on.
Farm credit, greenstone, whatever you want to call them learned a tough lesson (like all of us did) in the 80s. Im not supposed to bring that stuff on here cuz the younger guys are sick of hearing about it. You are going to have lots of skin in the game for greenstone. |
