I believe they call us 15 to 16. But being pretty much a lifer here...........that seems high. I know they count every hundredth to get to that number. When it's been 90 days since you got your last moisture and you get 15 hundredths.......it doesn't accomplish much.
It's been a few years since I've been down in that heavy cotton area. Hopefully they're improving their methods.
Why do we want to help bad farmers?
