| I’ll take a stab at completing Nuts thoughts;What I believe he’s saying some lenders require a positive cash flow projection to approve a loan. In spite of strong balance sheet. And it’s the strong balance sheet, “the untapped equity” that gives an operation staying power in rough times. And that’s more what the lender should be focused in on. Cuz let’s face it, lotsa operations gonna have a tough time showing positive cash flow projections to the banker this year.
