If you are being honest with your banker, there should be no untapped equity.
1. If you're not being honest it will end up biting you sooner than later.
2. And big deal if you have untapped equity. Unless you're going to sell it, equity doesn't make cash flow. Well, number two is a big deal. Actually a really big deal. Try getting a loan of any substance without it. Capital, or lack of, makes all things possible, or impossible. |
