Ontario | I'd like to know what goes through peoples heads. I hired a guy who seemed great, 22, had good references. He no showed day 1, couldnt get ahold of him. Then 3 days later get a text about how he lives 120kms away its just too far. Meanwhile he had been to my place twice and said he lived 70kms away. Ended up hiring the next person to answer the phone who has turned out decent enough. Cant show up on time but good operator and I never have to tell him to stay late. Have a couple part time teenagers who are fantastic; good hires do still exist. | |
