Milford, IL | Agree, UPS is bad about at paying damages, we took the bomb proof packaging route and have not filed a claim with UPS in years. Filed two or three claims with USPS this year for lost packages, on a percentage basis this is acceptable but frustrating for the customer, USPS pays lost package claims promptly.
In the old days, UPS would be the low cost carrier for packages over about 12# and USPS would have a better rate for light packages. Now UPS wins both heavy and light rates nearly always. | |
