Central ND | Friend of mine says it takes 100 applicants to hire 10 good people. 50 wont respond at all, 25 you can tell are dinks talking to them, yoi schedule the other 25 for interviews and 10 wont show up, if you hired all 15 remaining you'd be lucky if 10 showed up the first day of work.
Another friend of mine handles phone inquiries and interviews for a large multi store implement dealer. One of the shop foreman said one of the most common questions after an interview is how many days a week they are required to be there by 8 am..... | |
