I've always just hand tighten as hard as I can and usually takes a good push on wrench to get off.
So I have to ask, what is an AgTalk approved wrench for putting on? I've tired many different kinds and everyone dents or breaks the filter.
When you use the wrench you have to grip at the very top of the filter to prevent denting

Ugh tighten your filters.
