Is the fan moving air correctly? the air just cools off? Check the heater hoses, if they're both hot, then the air flow is blocked, if one is hot and one is cold, the coolant side of the heater core is blocked. Maybe just remove the heater hoses and blow backwards with air, coolant into a can, then garden hose and more air until it comes clean. No telling what's been added to that cooling system, the heater core is the "filter".
